1) Distinguished Flying Cross

2) Distinguished Flying Medal

3) 1939-45 Star - Awarded to all who served from British Commonwealth countries, min 2 months  active aircrew service

4) Aircrew Europe and France Germany Star with Clasp - Awarded to all Canadians who volunteered.

          60 days min service operational aircrew.

          Clasp is awarded as a 2nd star after 120 days operational service in France and Germany.

5) Defence Medal - Awarded to Canadians for a minimum of 6 months service in Britain between Sept. 39 - May 45

6) Canadian Voluntary Service Medal with Bar  

        Voluntarily served on active service and completed 18 months / 540 days of voluntary service Sept.39-March 47.

        The silver bar with maple leaf in centre was awarded for 60 days service outside of Canada

7) War Medal - For full time personnel of Armed Forces serving minimum 28 days between Sept. 39 - Sept. 45

8) Special Services Medal - Korea - Canadian Military - awarded for at least 1 sortie over Korea July 50 - July 53

9) Special Services Medal with NATO Bar

          Awarded to members of Canadian Forces for service performed under special circumstances.

          Bar represents particular special service where member serves in locality to warrant a second medal.

10) Canadian Peace Keeping Services Medal - Awarded for Peace Keeping Service (Gaza - Cypress)

11) United Nations Medal for Korea - Service in Korea under U.N. Command

12) Centennial Medal - 1967 - Canadian Centennial Medal

          Awarded to those recommended by government and associations.

13) Canadian Forces Service Medal and Clasp

          For continuous good conduct service of 8 years and over

          Clasp awarded for each additional 10 years of good conduct service
